Unfolding Forms
Imagine a tiny acorn that can become an oak
tree,
A fertilized egg that can become a genius or saint,
A caterpillar that can become a butterfly,
A brook that leads to the ocean.
When I imagine these, I sense my own humanity,
I face the struggle to grow;
To become all that my potential allows.
In confronting my efforts to grow,
I see the limits of birth and death.
Within these boundaries,
I work and watch life unfold
